Lead and support Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering ActivitiesManage and Improve the existing operation for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings through Lean teamsPerform time studies as requiredOptimize labor resources Provide coaching and training to achieve continuous improvement goalsPrepare and maintain detailed layouts of processes Manage, Organize, Implement and maintain production process flowDesign, develop and test and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methodsJob Requirements Continuous Improvement Engineer:
