SUMMARY


Manage a portion of a major operational program or a small technical program to assure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Develop and execute goals and strategic direction of assigned program.


2. Pursue, capture and manage program through entire lifecycle.


3. Interact and coordinate with Contracts Administration on issues pertaining to requirements, changes, interpretations, and financial conditions of the contract.


4. Responsible for program growth by developing and marketing new technology or product(s) to existing or new customers.


5. Accountable for all schedules, quality, profit & loss and customer satisfaction on program.


6. Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident.


7. Assign and manage internal, external, multi-divisional, direct and matrixed resources to ensure all program objectives and goals are met.


8. Develop, prepare and present briefings to both executive management and the customer related to program status, direction, marketing and performance.


9. Formally identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk throughout program life cycle.


10. Provide leadership to cross functional team. Assure communication and cooperation among team members and resolve areas of conflict.


11. Ability to influence/shape future customer requirements.


12. Develop market requirements through a thorough understanding of the Oshkosh product capabilities and the current customer requirements.


13. Other duties as assigned.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations management or other related field


6 plus years of relevant experience


PMP certification


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Master's degree


Lean and Six Sigma experience


Familiar with CMMI


Working knowledge of Microsoft Project with at least 1 year of experience


Independent judgment and decision making ability


Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills


Excellent time management and organizational skills


Ability to influence others


Possess broad technical, administrative and management skills to oversee product line development, production, operational support and system upgrades

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
