Job Description Design, develop, implement, and maintain models for various business applications. Includes data gathering & statistical analysis, model development & enhancements, ongoing maintenance, etc. Understand current business procedures, problems with those current procedures, and recommend possible solutions that use predictive modeling technology. This includes data gathering and exploration, research into current industry trends, and what competitors might be doing.

Work under less direct supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Consult with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience.
Candidate Requirements
3-4 years Analysis experience
4 year degree or equivalent experience
Experience with PC's
strong verbal, written and organizational skills
strong customer orientation
Knowledge of Visual Basic language
Understanding of Visual Basic Application
Access database knowledge
Database and SQL knowledge
.NET (dotNET) and HTML knowledge
Advanced skills with MS Office products specifically excel
Completed as a minimum some Object Oriented Programming courses
Open to working in an On-Call environment
Preferred Qualifications 3-4 years Analysis experience; 4 year degree or equivalent experience; Experience with PC's; strong verbal, written and organizational skills; strong customer orientation.
