Job Description:
As an Interactive Account Manager, you will collaborate, strategize, and counsel clients. You will build relationships with them through your knowledge of their organizations, challenges and opportunities, and objectives. You will recommend new initiatives that drive their future objectives, and provide a collaborative experience that culminates with innovative, results-oriented work.
Successful Account Manager qualities include:
Degree in business, information technology, communications or related field of study
Experience developing and presenting persuasive proposals in a professional services setting
o Candidate will be spending most of their time managing account and projects.
Experience leading or implementing technology based education or training initiatives
Demonstrated knowledge of the development of websites, web and mobile applications and learning content (e-learning courses, learning activities and games)
The professionalism, confidence and attention to detail necessary to earn the respect of client executives, peers and project team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A track record in developing client relationships that result in business growth
Experience with GSA, government or medical association clients a plus
Project Management experience is a plus
