Provide individual and group therapy for patients of all ages in a hospital environment. Work under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist trained to provide assessment and behavior planning.

EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Provide individual and group therapy for patients of all ages in a hospital environment. Work under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist trained to provide assessment and behavior planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of patients for individual therapy
- Provide group therapy as part of an inpatient therapeutic services programming
- Develop treatment plans as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Maintain communication with families and treatment team for quality patient care
- Develop behavior plans and train employees on implementation
- Assist as needed in crisis situations when available
- Completion of therapy notes on same day of service
- Attend monthly meetings, treatment team meetings and other required meetings.
- Maintain accurate record keeping in accordance with Brook Lane policy and regulatory requirements
- Assist with coverage needs in Partial Hospitalization Program or Residential Programs
Qualifications:
- Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists approved as Registered Psychology Associate required
- Intermediate technology skills required including experience using an electronic medical record.
- Maintain CEU's for licensure
