A lifeguard can move up to become a pool manager, supervisor, staffing assistant, lifeguard instructor, and other great aquatics positions! Responsibilities Provide a safe, clean, and fun welcoming environment for employees, guests, and others.
Upholding a culture and standard of constant vigilance and safety.
Managing and communicating daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Ensuring and maintaining a full lifeguard schedule for facility hours.
Communicating with patrons, on site management, and American Pool supervisory personnel.
Overseeing day to day operations including maintenance of pool chemical levels and filtration equipment.
