30p - 11p 40 hours bi-weekly Performs a variety of communications and administrative duties to ensure the efficient and timely handling of incoming calls, outgoing calls and information distribution.
Communicates with a variety of callers including patients, staff, visitors and the general public.
Acts as focal point for Health System communications activities, particularly during the hours and days when the majority of administrative staff is not present.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education - Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Experience - One year experience as a switchboard operator preferred.
Able to work independently and unsupervised.
Licensure/Certification - N/A Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
Good social skills.
