This position will be responsible for all media management, as well as print communications and coordination of marketing.
This is an exciting position supporting the growth of Antietam Broadband.
You will be helping the Marketing Manager coordinate, create, and organize campaigns.

Develop and distribute sales/marketing material.
Monitor and respond as necessary on social media accounts.
Coordinate and attend local events (possible weekends), as necessary.
Track and coordinate local sponsorships.
Manage consistent messaging in marketing materials.
Collaborate with other property managers.
Develop and maintain accurate databases for the Marketing department.
Enhance the brand throughout marketing materials.
Research information requests.
Ability to segment mailing lists.
Organize and execute email segmented campaigns.
Ability to provide analytical reporting.
The successful Marketing Coordinator has:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business Administration is required.
At least 1 years Marketing experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly skilled in the use of Canva, Publisher and MS Office products, specifically Excel (pivot tables, formula creation, etc.
) Excellent project management skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a hybrid work environment.
Able to function in a high paced work environment.
Knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, scheduling tools and analytics.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to edit a variety of marketing communication pieces including brochures, direct mail and other customer education/sales collateral and advertisements applicable to broadband industry.
