47 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Property Management Administrator This position supports the daily operations of the Properties department through administrative and operational functions to include serving as liaison between management, residents, contractors', staff and other departments.
To provide prompt and excellent administrative support to the property management team and customer service for the operations of the Authority's owned and manage rental property portfolios, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Performs administrative tasks to include data entry, composing and typing correspondences, and assist in maintaining accurate files and records that may be easily accessed by the management team and department.
Assist with managing resident relations issues, which includes responding to resident phone calls, walk-ins, requests and concerns.
Manage incoming communications, mail and emails Assist with managing contracts and leases Assist in processing tenant requests for transfers/accommodations, including reasonable accommodation and VAWA requests.
Ensure that an updated log of all requests is maintained and timely correspondence with tenants.
Assist with processing tenant move outs, including mailing letters Assist with tenant satisfaction survey efforts and providing summaries and recommendations to management Assist with maintaining schedule for after-hour on call rotation Assist with tracking mechanic leave and provide attendance report to include call-out log Schedule and maintain unit inspection, results and communicate timelines with all necessary parties.
Assist in submitting request, correspondence and reports to HUD and or other local or state officials Assist with companywide fleet management, including coordinate plate renewals and registrations, purchasing/selling vehicles as needed, ensuring fleet management software is current and producing quarterly reports.
Requirements Minimum High School diploma.
Associate degree in management, business administration, or related field or four (4) years of experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
General knowledge of office operations, maintenance building systems, or contracting.
Procurement by Request for Quotes/Request for Pricing a plus.
Excellent oral, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions Work is performed in a fast-paced office setting that may involve many disruptions amid conditions that may include dust, odors, fumes and noises from maintenance workshop and will involve daily communication with the management team , co-workers and the public.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
