Summary:
A skilled professional who provides a wide range of administrative and customer support services.
This individual will be knowledgeable of all association activities, as well as policies, procedures, and operations.
This position is a vital member of our small team of employees and is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to all association members and successful operations of the front office.
Daily tasks include a wide variety of administrative support functions such as answering phones, greeting guests in a professional manner, answering member questions, and certain data-entry functions into our association software.
Periodically this individual will assist with events, classes, fundraisers, and other association related activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS EXAMPLES:
Greets and assists members and customers in-person, over the phone, and via email/video-chat.
Performs various office administrative taskes including making copies, scanning documents, and assisting members with purchases, applications, and general information.
Uses shared Office 365 files and calendar to coordinate with co-workers and members.
May sometimes assist with monitoring education classes we offer, setting up events, and other social or learning activities we perform.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
2 or more years administrative/office experience preferred.
College bachelor degree preferred.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Experience working with Zoom virtual meetings platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be professional member interactions, whether in-person, over the phone, or through email.
Attention to detail and extremely organized.
A good team player and reliable co-worker.
Employees must wear business-casual attire during office hours.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
This position may require bending, leaning, kneeling, walking, and sometimes carrying supplies weighing approximetly 20 pounds.
Most work is performed sitting at an office desk, working on a computer or making phone calls.
This is NOT a remote position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
