Our goal is to provide excellent customer service.
We are currently looking to add an additional team member for our front desk.
Job duties include but not limited too:
Greeting patients with a smile while welcoming them to our offices.
Check-in & check-out patients in office; answer phones; schedule appointments; Enter the patient's demographic and insurance information into the chart.
Facilitating and rescheduling no shows appointments Confirm all patients' appointments 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled time Obtain and verify insurance eligibility for all applicable patients before appt.
Bill and collect payments from patients; submit claims to insurance, Work closely with other team members to ensure the schedule is maximized The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be hard working, professional, friendly, reliable, team player also be willing to learn and take initiative.
