The position will be primarily responsible for managing extremely high call volume that is important for efficient day to day operations.
Responsible for coordinating office visits, taking messages and tasking, and rescheduling patients in a timely, efficient, and profesional manner.
This position will be responsible for front desk coverage that includes clerical, registration and collection activities as needed.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience - Previous medical office experience and computer experience preferred.
Experience answering high call volume preferred.
Licensure/Certification - None.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Good communication skills, including proper grammer and the ability to manage confidential patient information.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
