The successful candidate will:
be knowledgeable of the Credit Union's lending policy, procedures, and current rates of interest in order to provide information and repayment terms to inquiring members.
respond to internal and external member-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.
provide general information and assess member needs and assist them accordingly.
process loan applications.
Your goal will be to exceed members' expectations through the prompt and courteous handling of their lending needs.
To do this, you'll need the following knowledge and skills:
high school diploma or equivalent basic knowledge of computers and common software applications familiarity with the credit union's lending policies and procedures good judgement and above average communications skills the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines a professional appearance utmost respect for confidential data Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
