The ideal candidate will be a reliable, energetic team player with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients and answering the phone Performing office administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Processing client copies of tax returns prepared by accountants, backup to receptionist, assist with client billing as needed, backup for word processing assignments.
Maintaining a neat and organized work area Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be available to work additional hours during tax season, including some weekends - Jan thru April 15th.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
